Colorado Clean Energy Cluster Colorado Clean Energy Cluster dba Shes in Power was formed to promote the clean energy sector and the growth of workforce in clean energy. We serve underrepresented women over 18 who want to make a difference in the clean energy industry. Women are historically underrepresented in the industry and a diverse workforce is key to a successful transition to clean energy. Our Power Up program matches women with short-term work experiences and mentors while providing professional development opportunities to jump start womens careers build their confidence and provide them support and inclusion.
