ELLE FOUNDATION Elle Foundation conducts three programs. The largest program titled Supportive Services For Veteran Families provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families. The Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program(HVRP) primarily provides services to assist in reintegrating homeless veterans into meaningful employment within the labor force problems facing homeless veterans.
