United Angels Foundation United Angels Foundation (UAF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and parent-to-parent support group. Our mission is to support parents of families of individuals with special needs. We are inclusive of all special need diagnosis & conditions. We believe the best way to help the child is by helping the parents. This is a core driving philosophy at UAF. We provide opportunities for interaction, education, resources, and community support.
