Sports Charities Inc The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes including, without limitation, to conduct sporting events of any nature to raise funds for distribution to tax-exempt organizations for charitable and educational endeavors and to promote and encourage participation in sports and charitable organizations and build awareness of such organizations through education and training.
