The Daniel R Sayre Memorial Foundation The Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential equipment and training to the Hawai'i Island Fire Department firefighters who serve the Hawai'i Island community, and more than 1.5 million visitors per year from around the world. We have just recently expanded to support the Maui Fire Department as well, and will be working to provide them with the same support.
