This individualistic focus is what makes our hands-on trainings special. Each trainee achieves his/her own conclusions. A basic principle of Pathways is people are more effective in making changes when they discover their truths for themselves.Our unique trainings are strategically designed to be experiential. By interacting with others, you gain new insights, different perspectives, and groundbreaking realizations. In addition, a myriad of other techniques are utilized, such as the multidimensional CORE MAP personality profile which allows each person to discover their authentic self.Our core training curriculum is a combination of emotional intelligence training techniques and therapeutic processes grounded in psychological theory and techniques. Although the trainings are not considered nor intended to be treatment, many graduates report tremendous progress in understanding how to successfully overcome their barriers in a short amount of time.
