The hard work and fundraising efforts of many over 10 years finally realized Elsie’s dream. While the names of political and community leaders and local citizens are too numerous to mention they were all critical in the creation of this beautiful facility. The N4Cs is Elsie’s legacy bestowed upon this part of Columbia County and beyond. Her family continues to support the Center to this day.Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 6 am to 8 pm Saturday: 9 am to 12 pm Sunday: ClosedCall us at 570.925.0163
