VERLAND CLA Our Facilities Our facilities are located throughout Western Pennsylvania, spreading across Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Mercer and Venango Counties. Throughout our footprint we offer community living residential homes, intermediate care facilities, Adult Training Services, Rehabilitation Services, Health Services and more. Learn More Our Services Verland's 47 homes are served by a staff of more than 500 specialized caregivers and supported by four adult training facilities centrally located near the homes. Staff members transport most of the residents to the nearest training facility for day programs and therapies.
