Refal Inc

Refal Inc Refal is an organization that provides mentorship, violence prevention and cultural awareness to youth living in Newark, NJ. The organization has been in existence since 1991 and has serviced both individuals and communities. Majority of the work is done to prevent community violence through homework help, tutoring, workshops and other youth related activities. Refal has a set of volunteers who assist in programming at this time. They have community leaders who come from other organizations to perform workshops such as anger management, addiction awareness, cultural awareness, mindfulness/yoga and wrap around case management.
