PASSAIC COUNTY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS Since 1965, the PCECA has been dedicated to creating an environment of growth and professional harmony for it's members by providing high quality continuing education courses that advance vocational knowledge and professional skills. Our membership aspires to provide the highest quality electrical installation and service practices. We continue to work tirelessly to address the concerns of our member electrical contractors through our involvement with the State Licensing Board.
