SOUTHEAST ASIAN MUTUAL ASSISTANCE Since 1984, SEAMAAC has brought crucially needed support to tens of thousands of families in the Greater Philadelphia area. SEAMAAC stands as one of the oldest and largest refugee-founded agencies in the region with a workforce of over 80% bi/multi-lingual staff serving constituencies from as many as 18 distinct linguistic communities.SEAMAAC acknowledges the challenges immigrants and refugees have faced in their pursuit of freedom from war, tyranny, and oppression. What We Do Education SEAMAAC’s Urban Arts Entrepreneurship Program (formerly Hip Hop Heritage) afterschool and summer programs’ mission is to build and support a multi-racial, multi-ethnic community of Philadelphia youth. Learn More Urban Arts Entrepreneurship Program After school Arts ProgramSEAMAAC’S Urban Arts Entrepreneurship Program (formerly Hip-Hop Heritage) is an After School is located at Furness High School and operates Monday through Friday 2:30 to 5pm. We offer classes reflecting the core elements of Hip Hop which vary session to session. We offer breakdancing, deejaying, music production and visual arts.
