COMMUNITY HOUSE OF MOORESTOWN The purposes of the Commnity House is to preserve, restore, stabilize and rehabilitate the historic English Style Manor House and grounds at 16 East Main Street in Moorestown, New Jersey, including, but not limited to, for the further purposes of:i.leasing or renting space to nonprofit organizations headquartered in Moorestown and immediate vicinity (collectively, the Community) and to others in the Community at such rates as determined from time-to-time, including below market rates;ii.serving as a historic legacy to the Community, including its use and use of the corporations collections as a museum to share the story of the Moorestown Community; deepen understanding of past choices, present circumstances, and future possibilities, and strengthen the bonds of the Community;iii.enriching and improving the quality of life and well-being of the Communitys residents;iv.encouraging civic vitality and a vibrant Community;v.promoting tourism and attracting visitors to provide economic gain
