Fannie Mae Dobbins Transitional Housing FMD Transitional House is an outreach effort that is born from the Prison Outreach and Witnessing POW ministry of Central Baptist Church CBC Kingsport, TN and a partnership with other local prison and community outreach programs. Our mission is to reduce the recidivism of ex-offenders by providing much needed services and support to them and their families as they transition back into the community.
