NORTHERN CALIFORNIA ANIMAL RESCUE FRIENDS We work in cooperation with humane organizations shelters and other groups interested in animal rescue. We rescue domestic animals and place them in nurturing foster homes. All animals are evaluated altered and vaccinated prior to adoption. Veterinary care is given based on medical need.
