THE BARNABAS NETWORK The Barnabas Network provides basic home furnishings at no cost to qualified families and individuals on the path to self-sufficiency. Their clients are transitioning out of homelessness, recovering from a major setback, fleeing abuse or violence, or overcoming severe poverty. In an average year the organization furnishes the homes of 800 families at no cost, helping a total of 2,200 people, giving out 10,000 pieces of furniture that would have otherwise been destined for the landfill. This includes more than 1,000 beds with half going to children ages 4-17.
