Gold Coast Foundation The Corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of: (a) Providing tuition assistance for college and/or vocational school to groups of students from economically disadvantaged families from public housing developments or who attend elementary schools having high drop-out rates (determined by at least 75% of its student body having free or reduced lunch). (b) Organizing programs to aid such students no later than third grade and through twelfth grade to fulfill the requirements for admission to college or vocational school upon high school graduation. Such programs may include, but shall not be limited to:(i) tutoring and other remedial academic and educational activities;(ii) preparation for college entrance exams;(iii) field trips;(iv) counseling and guidance in an effort to minimize or eliminate cultural barriers and educational deficiencies; and(v) group discussions and meetings with students, and, if indicated, with their families and schools in order to mo
