NSPIRE inspections focus on three areas: the unit, inside the building, and outside the building. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) does an inspection of all files to ensure that we comply with regulations set forth by the governing bodies. U.S. Representative Chrissy Houlahan announced her recent cosponsorship around increasing affordable housing in Chester County and complimented Kathryn and the rest of the Phoenixville Affordable Housing Task Force on their proactive, progressive approach to the issue. Kathryn Evans receives the Women of Achievement Award! The March of Dimes honored four women from Chester County in its 30th Annual Salute to Women of Achievement.
