UVALDE FESTIVAL & EVENTS ASSOCIATION INC The Uvalde Festival and Events Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide Southwest Texas great family entertainment through such events as the Texas Labor Day Weekend Palomino Fest Celebration while supporting educational opportunities of area students. UFEA partners with volunteers, businesses and other service organization annually to promote our area and help grant numerous scholarships to Southwest Texas Junior College.
