Stamford Achieves Inc To help close the achievement gap that exists in the Stamford Public School system and act as a catalyst to improve the quality of education for all of the students in the city's schools. Through a series of advocacy and programming initiatives, the agency collaborates with the Stamford Public Schools, the not for profit community and the business community to achieve its goals. The agency also works closely with the parents to help them navigate the school systems, provide effective guidance to their children and become better advocates. The agency also monitors the result of student performance and periodically reports on progress in closing the achievement gap.
