ALAMO FOUNTAIN CENTER INC AFCI is organized exclusively for charitable educational and culture purpose as; a to promote the increase in the number of opportunities providing affordable housing for families and the elderly b to serve the elderly lifestyle with educational cultural and social services and to help inter-generational families with educational benefits training services and job skills. c This includes community development of properties for economic growth the distribution of assistance to exempt organizations that qualify under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code and or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. This corporation shall be at all times a nonprofit corporation as defined in the laws of the state of Texas and Federal Internal Revenue code 501 c3.
