Bethlehem Youth Court Inc Youth Court is a voluntary sentencing alternative to the criminal justice system for young people who have committed a crime or offense. Youth court seeks to intervene in early anti- social, delinquent and criminal behavior by holding youth accountable for their actions and focusing the offender on constructive, socially acceptable behaviors. Youth Court program is available to first time offenders only.
