ANIMAL WELFARE COUNCIL OF THE ALLEGHENIE The Animal Welfare Council of Alleghenies (AWC) is composed of individuals of diverse interest who intersect at their concern for the health and welfare of animals. The AWC is a clearinghouse of information and ideas, promotes communication and cooperation and actively facilitates solutions for needs within the animal advocacy community.
