CCIA serves all individuals despite religion, creed or race. In addition, CCIA helps to provide jobs to individuals who would otherwise be on the welfare rolls, collecting unemployment, food stamps, Medicaid, housing allowances, etc. CCIA is a 1,000 case load Home Attendant and Housekeeping Agency under contract with the NYS Human Resources Administration to provide these services.
