Home Services Systems Inc Home Services Systems, Inc. ("HSS" or the "Agency")provided home care services to Medicaid eligible clients who are medically disabled and/or physically handicapped as determined by the City of New York Human Resource Administration ("HRA"). Effective March 2012, HRA terminated its Home Care contract with HSS and the Agency ceased providing home care services to its clients. The Agency completed its close out process on March 31, 2014 and all funds received from the funding source were remitted to the City of New York - Human Resources Administration, in accordance with the guidelines establish by HRA.
