4 Sight Counseling Meet 4-Sight Counseling4-Sight Counseling was chartered with a two-fold focus; housing and mental health counseling. The agency was founded as a not for profit 501(c)3 agency in December 2005 by Dr. Tim Gould. In March 2023 Dr. David VanPelt with Applied Psychological Center in Cape Girardeau and 4-Sight Counseling partnered to expand the scope and breadth of services. Dr. VanPelt, Licensed Psychologist brings experience of psychological services and evaluations / assessments and program expertise to the new agency to better serve clients.The overarching goal of the agency is to improve life for individuals and families which may include housing services and / or mental health / education - treatmentVisionIndividuals and families wanting to improve their lives will have access to the programs, resources and services to provide the opportunity for a better life.• We pursue our vision by providing resource coordination, counseling and other support or referral services for individuals and families that want to improve their lives but need some assistance to achieve that goal.MissionUnconditional service for individuals and families facing challenges that focus on education, housing and mental health without regard for ability to pay.• Our mission is carried out through our two primary services; Housing Counseling and Mental Health CounselingAnticipated for 2024:• Practicum and Internship site for Psychologist Residency programs• Practicum sites for Masters Level Social workers and Counselors (LCSW – LPC)• National Health Service Corps Site – Loan payback program for graduate student programs – Masters and Doctorate Level Licensed personnel
