NORTHEAST PLACEMENT SERVICES INC Who We AreNortheast Placement Services is a non-profit organization founded in 1986 with a mission to provide integrated placement opportunities and services for adults with intellectual disabilities, ages 21 to 70+, so that they may be successful and valued members of the community. ​ Trust, respect, and dignity are keys to the success of our agency. ​ We achieve our mission by partnering with individuals, their families, and our community to provide those receiving services with individualized support, tailored to what they need to achieve their goals and attain the highest level of independence. Our Services and Programs offered range from independent supported employment and residential supports, to community-based excursions and educational and creative arts experiences. Supportive ServicesFocusing on life skills, independence, building confidence and self-advocacy, our supportive services include independent supported employment, residential services, and individualized home support. Engaging Day ProgramsFocusing on choice, decision making, creativity, job-readiness and self-advocacy, our engaging programs include community-based excursions and educational experiences, creative arts experiences, and two in-house employment programs.
