Rhode Island Coalition of Black Women RICBW's mission as a membership organization is to strengthen and advance a thriving community of Black women and girls where members flourish, uplift one another, and collectively create a more just world. Through community building events, personal and professional development activities, and advocacy, RICBW's initiatives champion holistic well-being, purposeful action, and a future where every Black woman and girl thrives in a vibrant, healthy community.
