UNITED PLANET CORPORATION United Planet is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to create a global community, one relationship at a time. We empower individuals to make a meaningful impact through immersive overseas volunteer programs, global virtual internships and volunteering, and project-based virtual exchanges. By building cohesive relationships across borders, United Planet promotes cross-cultural understanding, global citizen leadership, and collective action toward a more peaceful, sustainable, and united world.In 2023, our programs engaged more than 1,100 leaders and volunteers and touched more than 50 countries, including more than 70% under-represented students. More than 80% of participants joined project-based virtual exchange, virtual internships, or virtual community projects. Scholarships were extended to 29 schools in 2023, which enabled more than 700 students the opportunity to join our programming.
