THE AGENCY THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ENCOURAGES THE INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES INTO THE MAINSTREAM OF SOCIETY INCLUDING SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL, FAMILY AND WORK ACTIVITIES.
