LYNN HOME FOR YOUNG WOMEN INC Donate Donate Our Mission The Washington Square Residence (WSR/LHYW) serves single persons who seek affordable housing and the security of a furnished, managed home. The diverse population of residents includes working individuals, many of whom are attending school, as well as persons who desire a safe and supportive environment. The WSR/LHYW provides efficiency studios and furnished rooms and encourages a sense of community with sharing of meals, social activities, and opportunities for scholarship assistance and job training. Our building is affordable and accessible. Contact Us Donate Today Studio Apartments & Rooms Our selection of unfurnished studio units and furnished rooms include all utilities and services in the home. Studio units have a private bathroom and kitchen. Community kitchens and laundries are available throughout the facility. Income guidelines apply on all units. Room Layouts Amenities Surrounding Area What We Provide All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee.
