TIBETAN MASTIFF RESCUE INC The charity is organized, and shall be operated, exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and for the prevention of cruelty to animals, especially the Tibetan Mastiff, in the United States and abroad within the meaning of Sections 170(c)(2)(B) and 501 (c)(3) of the Code. In furtherance of this charitable purpose and without limiting the foregoing, the Corporation shall operate to (i) rescue Tibetan Mastiffs that are abused or neglected or that do not have suitable homes (ii) find permanent homes for rescued Tibetan Mastiffs, and (iii) educate and support animal shelters regarding the identification of Tibetan Mastiffs in their custody.
