Green Power EMC Green Power EMC is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 2001 to support 38 of Georgia’s EMCs in their search for renewable resources. It is the largest operational green power program in the Southeastern United States. Green Power EMC serves its Member EMCs by finding, screening, analyzing and negotiating power purchase agreements with Georgia-based renewable resource providers including solar, landfill gas, hydro, wood waste and wind.
