COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS INC Community Connections meets the growing need for foster parents by providing quality customer service and support. OUR PROGRAMCommunity Connections was founded and established in March 2002 as a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation. As a licensed Child Placing Agency, Community Connections provides foster homes and supportive services for children who are in the temporary legal custody of the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) in Georgia. We are an advocate of family centered practice, expediency for children in reaching their permanency plans, and are committed to providing quality foster homes for the children we serve. We are committed to the national goals of safety, health, permanency, and well-being for children in the Georgia child welfare system.
