Mission: Our Mission April 26, 2019, as my husband closed the eyes of our lifeless 22-year-old baby boy, purpose was awakened in me. Operation Recovery’s mission is to strengthen youth, families, and communities through trauma-informed education, emotional awareness & development, conflict resolution, grief support, and violence prevention. Vision Communities where healing replaces harm, youth are equipped to lead with empathy, and families thrive despite adversity. Core Values Unity & Love Healing-Centered Practices Accountability & Integrity Community Collaboration Empowerment Through Education DreCharles KeAlex Henry May 4, 1996 - April 26, 2019 Dre was full of life. He shared his carefree and bubbly personality with everyone that crossed his path. His major goal in life was to live everyday joyful and happy. His smile could charm his way out of anything. Unfortunately, he never had a chance to smile at the person that took his life. Dre was shot muliple times from behind. This ended his life and devasted our world.
